Patient Information

General Information:
   *Proceedure is non-invasive, no contact, no radiation and FDA appoved.
   *Disrobing-remove clothing and jewelry in area to be scanned.  Put on a gown that
    will be supplied.  Inform your thermographer if you have any recent skin lesions on 
    the area to be scanned because the inflamation may cause false test.
   *Thermography is performed by  certified clinical thermographer.
   
Patient Preparation:
   On the day of your apointment, please do not:
     *have physical therapy or electromyography
     *use a tanning booth and avoid overexposure to the sun
     *smoke for two hours prior
     *shave your underarms or area to be scanned. 
     *Do not use lotion, powder, makeup or anti-perspirant on area to be scanned.
     *Do not have accupuncture within 3 days of scan.
     *Wear loose fitting clothes.  Hair needs to be off the neck. 

    **We accept personal checks at time of scan.   
       Results are usually mailed with a few days.
       You are welcome to bring a companion to be present during the scan.
